Shipping/Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Power Flow Systems, Inc. uses UPS as our preferred means of shipping. We do not keep stock of our exhaust systems therefore our production and ship time is 4-6 weeks from receipt of your order. This ship time increases during air show season(s). If your aircraft is AOG, please contact us to see if an arrangement can be made for a faster production and ship time. We ship from Daytona Beach, FL, which allows ground shipments to reach most of the continental US in 3-5 days.


PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made before the product can ship or be delivered. A $1,500.00 deposit is taken at the time the order is placed, and the balance is due at the time of shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as cash and secured funds (certified or cashier’s check) for immediate delivery. A personal check or company check is subject to a five (5) day hold in order to clear the bank before the system can be shipped/delivered. We will ship COD and accept unsecured funds for shipments of $300.00 or less. COD payments for shipments in excess of $300.00 must be made in secured funds. All COD shipments will have an additional charge for processing the COD.


RETURN POLICY

Power Flow Systems has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If within 60 days from the date of the first flight after installation the customer is dissatisfied for any reason, they can return the system to Power Flow Systems and they will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the system (exclusive of shipping charges and labor) once the system has been received and inspected by Power Flow Systems. Inspection will take place within five (5) days from the return of the system, and an adjustment to the refund amount will be made for any parts missing or damaged. If the original payment was made on a credit card, it will be refunded to the same credit card, if by check, company check will be issued.
