At Power Flow Systems, we’ve been handcrafting high-performance, reliable exhaust systems from aerospace-grade materials for over 24 years.
Aircraft exhaust systems operate in extremely harsh environments — subject to large temperature fluctuations, chemical exposure, and the wear and tear of time. These conditions can impact material integrity and performance over the years.
To help extend the life of your system and keep your aircraft flying safely and efficiently, we offer a range of options for:

All rebuilt or overhauled components will be returned with the applicable FAA or regulatory tags, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Standard RMA Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround time for RMA processing is 10–15 business days, not including shipping time.

AOG & In a Hurry? Time Is Money!
Need your parts or kit returned fast? We offer an AOG Rush Service(surcharge) to expedite the processing of your RMA, rebuild, or replacement parts with a rush fee. We understand how critical it is to get your aircraft back in the air and operational. That’s why our AOG Rush Service is designed to minimize downtime and accelerate turnaround times.
Typical Turnaround Time: ~approximately 5 business days (excluding shipping times).

RMA Instructions and Process Overview
When an RMA arrives, we carefully log and label all components included in the parcel to begin the quality control (QC) receiving process for full tracking and traceability.
Our inspection process includes:
QC inspection
Pressure testing
Fitment testing between current and new replacement parts.
If applicable, we will also fit the parts to the original fixture to check for any thermal distortion, bending, or particularly in the case of gear-up incidents.
Having all parts present ensures we can verify proper fit and alignment between new and existing components to prevent any binding or improper fit. Using our specialized tooling, we are able to make minor adjustments to slip joints for optimal expansion and sizing during fitment.
RMA Return Instructions
Complete the RMA Form (see below).
Write the assigned RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Include the completed RMA Form inside the parcel.
Insure the shipment in case the parcel is lost during transit.
